Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Twin Lakes ‘’2 hours’’
You will start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Kigali. Then, you will enjoy a scenic drive to the Twin Lakes which lies in the beautiful Musanze region. Arrive and meet your local guide who will take you on a half day guided tour of the area. You will explore the stunning landscapes, learn about local culture and viewing unique wildlife along the way.
After your walking safari, you will enjoy your packed lunch with picturesque views of the lakes. Thereafter, you will go for canoeing experience on Lake Burera where you can paddle gently and soak in the beautiful scenery. Once you glide across the water, keep an eye out for birds and local fishermen.
After your canoeing adventure, you will start your transfer back to Kigali. Upon arrival in the city in the early evening, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or at any advised place. End of the tour.
